Business Development Manager
Location: Canberra, Australia
SystemWare-Pacific Pty Ltd (SWP) specialises in complete Radio Frequency related hardware and software applications for test and measurement systems, signal frequency management, signal intelligence and advanced communication device-monitoring.
SWP also provides online training products (Paragon) and services to Governmental customers in the Australian area of Operations.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:
- Business Development;
- Sales and Contract Support; and
- Support management for technical products, support and services.
The ideal candidate will have:
- An energetic and intuitive approach to sales and client communications;
- High attention to detail;
- An organized approach to work;
- A strong desire to assist clients with organizational needs;
- The ability to assist the Managing Director to continue developing strategic long-term business plans and goals;
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with technical systems (Radio Frequency hardware and software highly desirable but not essential), sales, account and contract management within a Defence environment is highly desirable;
- Demonstrated understanding of budget management and security awareness is preferred;
- Ability to obtain and hold an Australian Department of Defence security clearance to "Secret" is desirable; and
- Must be a current Australian Citizen
