Data Input Specialist
Location: Canberra, Australia
SystemWare-Pacific Pty Ltd specialises in complete Radio Frequency related hardware and software applications for test and measurement systems, signal frequency management, signal intelligence and advanced communication device-monitoring.
The company is continuing our online training venture, PARAGON. We currently provide our product line to Governmental customers in the Australian area of Operations and are expecting to continue to provide online training services to a number of other prospective clients.
Due to this current and forecast growth, we have an immediate vacancy for experienced Data Input Specialists or people with excellent computer skills willing to learn.
Reporting to the Training Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Data entry of material into the online training system,
- Customer service enquiries regarding the learning material,
- Compilation of customer status reports at a basic level, and
- General administrative duties
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent general computer skills
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Experience in computer based business applications,
- Experience in “Flash” media is very highly desirable but not essential,
- Experience in Adobe Photo Shop or similar applications is highly desirable but not essential
- Strong customer service ethics and a desire to help people get the most out of their software,
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Must be a current Australian Citizen
